Manufacturing is not one market. It is a collection of very different sub-sectors, each with its own demand drivers, capital needs, margin profile, buyer universe, and valuation logic. In 2025, the overall tone improved versus the more difficult 2022–2023 period, but buyers remained selective. In 2026, the market still looks constructive, though not uniformly strong.
