Your Position assessment is complimentary — we'd rather earn your trust before we earn a fee. The preparation that follows, Reduce Risk and Institutionalize, is quoted as a fixed project fee scoped to your business. And because we only succeed when you do, every preparation fee is credited in full toward your final commission at closing. The work that grows your value effectively pays for itself when you sell — and our incentives stay pointed at exactly what yours are: the strongest possible outcome.
