PRIME exits and American Healthcare Capital are pleased to announce the successful sale of Chicago Telerad, a prominent tele-radiology company founded by Dr. Faisal Sami in 2015.

Chicago Telerad, a Chicago-based provider specializing in Trauma and Emergency Medicine teleradiology services, was acquired by Epic Staffing Group, a leading California-based staffing company owned by the renowned Pritzker family. Dr. Allen Nazeri, Managing Director at American Healthcare Capital and Managing Partner at PRIME exits, the oldest, and the largest healthcare focused M&A firm healthcare led this transaction, and expertly guiding both parties through the deal, which was finalized in under 75 days.


Dr. Sami's primary objective in this sale was to preserve his legacy while offering enhanced career growth opportunities for his team according to Dr. Allen Nazeri. By partnering with a national leader like Epic Staffing Group, known for addressing employment imbalances, he achieved his goals.
