Established over a decade ago, the company specializes in staffing national travel and local per diem work for nurses, allied, and administrative clinical assignments. The company is the market leader serving the Mountain Region, and they have contracts with more than 1,500 facilities nationwide.

Financial Overview

Over the last 3 years, the company has experienced phenomenal and sustained growth in both volume and profitability. In 2020, they grossed $2.4 million with an adjusted EBITDA over $350,000. In 2021, they surpassed $6 million in gross revenues with an adjusted EBITDA close to $1 million, and they ended 2022 with $10.15 Million gross and adjusted EBITDA of $1.157 million.  In 2023 during the adjusment year for Staffing company’s, the company ended the year with total revenue of $7.7 Million and increased EBITDA to $1.7 Million. This 32% increase in profit was from new clients, but  also the company paid off the factoring company.

The projected numbers for Year End 2024 look strong. The company will finish with $9.7 Million in Total Revenue and an adjsuted EBITDA of $1.95 million (13% increase YOY).  They have built a great reputation among the facilities they service, which has afforded them rapid growth. They currently hold contracts with more than 250 facilities in 43 states nationwide.
