PRIME exits® and American HealthCare Capital are pleased to exclusively introduce a rapidly growing long-term care and specialty pharmacy located in the Eastern United States. The Company provides customized medication dispensing, packaging, delivery, clinical support, and technology-enabled pharmacy services to residential and post-acute care providers and their residents.

The pharmacy serves approximately 427 beds across approximately 15 facility locations. The pharmacy filled approximately 65,400 prescriptions during the 12 months ended August 31, 2026, and recent prescription volume has increased. The majority of larger facility relationships are governed by written agreements, typically featuring two-year terms and automatic renewal provisions.

Financial Overview

The Company generated approximately $2.90 million in revenue and $862,507 in gross profit in 2025. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, revenue was approximately $1.49 million, representing an annualized run rate of nearly $3 million. Additional growth is expected, with new beds onboarding in late 2026.

Operating Infrastructure

The pharmacy has invested a significant amount of capital in equipment during the past two to three years. Its existing infrastructure and staffing provide capacity to add residents and facilities, while a strategic acquirer may benefit from purchasing leverage and the ability to consolidate administrative functions.

Asking Price and Exit Plan

The asking price is $1.5 million, including furniture, fixtures, and recently purchased equipment. Saleable inventory is additional at cost. The owners will support an orderly transition, and key personnel are expected to remain under new ownership.
