The Center offers immediate, general medical care for the local and surrounding communities with trained, board certified/licensed medical staff, state-of-the-art equipment, up-to-date treatments and techniques, a broad referral system, and nearby hospital facilities to maximize the medical care for each patient.     

The Center has a comfortable waiting room, 6 exam rooms, an extended procedure room, a radiology suite, and a full blood-draw lab. Based on the provider’s assessment, additional in-house tests can be ordered including EKGs, Strep, Flu, pregnancy, and more. 

The Center maintains an active local patient population in excess of 375,000 individuals, with an average patient volume of approximately 125 – 130 patient visits per week. The patient population is approximately 25% children/adolescents and approximately 75% adults. 

Financial Overview

The practice’s payor mix is approximately 80% Commercial Insurance, 7% Governmental Programs, and 13% Self-Pay. In 2022, the Center had $1,934,298 of gross revenue with a net operating income of approximately $613,071. In 2023, the Center had $1,560,503 of gross revenue with a net operating income of approximately $86,372. In 2024, the Center had $947,999 of gross revenue with a net operating loss. The Center discontinued performing COVID-19 testing and Suboxone Treatments in 2024.

At the present time, the Center is positioned for significant growth with the high and growing demand for Urgent Care services, active recruitment of additional medical professionals, and recognition within the community and academic institutions, which a new owner could build upon.

Staff Overview

The current owners (3 non-healthcare business executives) are interested in selling the business and discontinuing their involvement in the healthcare space. However, the rest of the staff are expected to remain with the Center following the transition to a new owner.
