Patient Overview

The existing patient population is comprised of a wide range of ages from young children to mature adults.  The practice maintains an active patient population of approximately 1,100+ clients, with an average patient volume of approximately 400 appointment visits per week.  The practice provides access to psychological services throughout a large geographical footprint with a team of thirty-two (32) professionally licensed therapists who work directly with patients to improve quality of life, and seventeen (17) administrative staff.  All staff members are W-2 employees.

Financial Overview

The Practice’s payor mix is approximately 38% Commercial Insurance, 50% Medical Assistance, and 12% Self-Pay.  The practice had steadily increasing gross revenues of $884,858, $922,433, $1,228,227, and $1,625,002 during calendar years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, respectively. The Practice will reasonably achieve gross revenue of approximately $1,843,000 (annualized) during calendar year 2026.  The Practice experienced adjusted earnings of $264,236, $119,577, $337,672, and $330,070 during calendar years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, respectively. The Practice will reasonably achieve adjusted earnings of approximately $200,000 (annualized) during calendar year 2026. Accordingly, the practice is seeking an investor who can provide assistance with additional growth and scale. 

Currently, the practice is positioned for significant continued growth with the high and growing demand for Behavioral Health services, a constant waitlist for new patients, active recruitment of additional therapists, and recognition within the community and state, which a new owner could build upon. Based on these factors, the practice has forecasted significant growth of both gross revenue and net adjusted earnings during 2026 and beyond.

Staff Overview

At present, the staff consists of 4 Owners, 32 Therapists, 17 Administrative employees, all of whom are expected to remain with the practice following the transition to a new owner.  Two (2) Owners (Executive Director and Clinical Director) are very interested in remaining with the practice and/or the new investor platform in a modified role to focus on scale, growth and strategy.  All staff members are W-2 employees.
