The practice provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and counseling services for Behavioral Health issues, including but not limited to mood difficulties, anxiety, trauma, neurodevelopmental problems, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, and behavior problems. 

The practice maintains an active patient population in excess of 1,600 individuals, with an average patient volume of approximately 800 appointment visits per month. The patient population is approximately 20% children/adolescents and approximately 80% adults.

The practice’s payor mix is approximately 84% Commercial Insurance, 7% Contract Payments, 6% Medicare, 2% Medical Assistance, and 1% Self-Pay.  In 2023, the practice had $1,001,770 of gross revenue with a net operating income of approximately $260,000 net of owner compensation and benefits. In 2024 (8 months annualized), the practice is on pace to reach $1,003,139 of gross revenue with a net operating income of approximately $260,000 net of owner compensation and benefits.

Staff Overview

The current owners (1 board certified physician and 1 nurse practitioner) are very interested in remaining with the practice to continue to provide Behavioral Health services to the patients for approximately three (3) more years.  Furthermore, the other therapists and administrative staff are expected to remain with the practice following the transition to a new owner.
