The Practice provides therapy services, including but not limited to Mental Peace, Work & Life Balance, Women’s Issues, Spirituality, Racial Identity, Sexuality, ADHD, Depression & Anxiety, Trauma & PTSD, School Issues, Family, Marriage & Couples Counseling, etc. At the present time, the Practice consists of one (1) owner, twenty (20) therapists, and a small administrative staff. With the exception of the owner, all staff are independent contractors (Form 1099).

Financial Overview

The Practice payor mix is ninety (90%) percent commercial insurance and ten (10%) percent self-pay (no Medicaid). In 2023, the practice had $1,103,389 of gross revenue with a net operating income of $150,258. At the present time, the practice is positioned for significant growth with the high and growing demand for Behavioral Health services, the constant waitlist for new patient appointments, active recruitment of additional therapists, and recognition within the community, which a new owner could build upon.

Staff Overview

The current owner is very interested in remaining with the practice to continue to provide Behavioral Health services to the patients. Furthermore, the other twenty (20) therapists and administrative staff are expected to remain with the practice following the transition to a new owner.
