The clinical team expanded in 2025, with five therapists added in a six-week period, bringing the practice to full staffing capacity. The practice currently carries active patient waitlists, reflecting demand that exceeds its current throughput. Ownership is willing to remain through a transition period to support continuity of care and referral relationships.

Financial Performance

The practice has generated consistent revenue growth, reaching over $1.5 million in FY 2024 and nearly $1.9 million in FY 2025. On a management-normalized basis, adjusting owner compensation to a market replacement rate, adjusted EBITDA was $238,163 in FY 2024 and $240,509 in FY 2025. All figures are CPA-finalized. Overall, the practice has shown a strong revenue growth trajectory with sustained positive adjusted EBITDA, providing a solid foundation for future margin improvement as the business continues to scale.
