They offer a wide array of services, including primary care, immunization, travel medicine, immigration physicals, STD screenings, COVID testing and annual wellness exams.

The clinic is equipped with an on-site laboratory and pharmacy and stocks all major vaccines in the clinic office. All physicians are board certified in either internal medicine, family medicine, or emergency medicine.

Financial trends have been stable over the past few years. The clinic’s payer mix is 85% insurance, 10% Medicare, and 5% private pay.  They ended 2024 with gross revenue above $2 million and adjusted EBITDA of nearly $260,000. They anticipate growth in 2025 with the recent addition of another provider, with a projection to reach $2.25 million in gross revenue in 2025 with an adjusted EBITDA of around $300,000.

Staff Overview

All staff are expected to stay on under new ownership, which includes multiple providers. The physician owner would like to spend more time with family but will stay on for up to a year to ensure a smooth transition.
