Before joining AHC, Shawnee led executive search and business development efforts for some of the nation’s fastest-growing healthcare organizations, scaling executive teams and divisions to over $10M in annual revenue. Her background includes work with FQHCs, PE-backed platforms, and innovative health tech ventures where she advised on go-to-market (GTM) strategy, commercial scaling, and exit positioning.
