Max Md Rahman serves as a Managing Director within the EMRA division of PRIME exits®️, bringing over a decade of experience in project management, research, and executive-level communication across the U.S., Europe, MENA, and Southeast Asia. Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Thai, Max combines his linguistic skills with an in-depth understanding of the technology, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, establishing himself as a trusted advisor to legacy business owners navigating strategic exits.
In addition to his role at PRIME exits®️, Max serves as a lecturer at Thaksin University in Thailand, where he mentors emerging leaders in entrepreneurship, innovation, and industry collaboration. He holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom.
Max specializes in guiding founders through both short-term readiness and long-term value engineering, ensuring their companies are properly structured for maximum valuation and a smooth transition to strategic or financial buyers.
