Deborah (Debb) Beck has a wealth of experience in the operations, strategy, and leadership of manufacturing, distribution, and services companies. Debb has an M.S. in Genetics and Biochemistry from Purdue University, and she earned her J.D. magna cum laude. She previously served on the Screening Committee for VisionTech Angels and as a Board Observer for a medical device portfolio company. She has also enjoyed serving as a Panel Member and Mentor for the Kelley School of Business MD MBA Program and on the IP Law Advisory Council of the University of Akron Law School. She holds the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional and the Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary certifications.

Debb has a knack for discovering and highlighting the unique value in a business and finding creative ways to make the right deals work. Having sold 3 of her own businesses, she understands firsthand the impact and importance of mergers and acquisitions to all parties involved. As President and CEO, she led the sale of both US Biopsy and Pave Medical. Prior to that, she sold a boutique patent firm she co-founded. Although all three were successful exits for Debb and her partners, she developed an appreciation of the need for professional client-focused representation in navigating what is often the biggest transaction of her client’s lives or careers.
