The hospice is centrally located in Southern California and can serve patients in LA, Ventura, and Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. 

Most hospice care is provided in the patient’s choice of residence, including a private home, nursing facility, or assisted living community. Patients benefit by receiving care in a familiar setting. Home Hospice care support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Essential nursing and hospice aide care is also provided on weekends and holidays.
