The breakdown of payor sources for services rendered is as follows: Fee for Service 85% and PPO insurance 15%. Total revenue for the company in 2022 was $2.4 million with an adjusted EBITDA of $800,000. Of that $2.4 million, around $310,000 was from the dental lab. Approximately 75% of the dental lab revenue was derived from services provided to in-house patients, and 25% of the revenue was from outside orders.

Staff Overview
